How do I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery. Online payment will be added soon.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes - choose "Self pickup from a store" at checkout and pick a store.

Can I check out without an account?

Yes. Choose checkout, enter your mobile number and the one-time code we text you.

How do I use a voucher or gift coupon?

Enter the code on the review step of checkout. One voucher can be used per order.

How do I cancel or return an order?

Go to My orders, open the order and use Cancel, or Return or exchange on an item. See our returns policy.

Where is my GST invoice?

Open the order in My orders and choose "Download GST invoice". Business customers see their GSTIN on it.

How do I book a consultation?

Go to Wellness services, pick a service, a practitioner and a time. We hold the time for a few minutes while you confirm.
