Returns, refunds and cancellation

Ayurvedic Zone will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Ayurvedic Zone (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:

Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All items must be received by Ayurvedic Zone within 30 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the bank accounts used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 banking days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

You can cancel an eligible order, or request a return or exchange, from My orders.

How to return an item

Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
Write RETURN on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.
Address the box to: Ayurvedic Zone (TEST), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001, India.

We suggest that when returning an item for refund or exchange that you ship with a carrier that offers tracking of your return.

Ship using the carrier of your choice. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE BANK ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, AND APPLICABLE TAXES.

Back orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order.

Delays

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Service for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Appointments

An appointment cancelled 24 hours or more before it starts is refunded in full; one cancelled between 4 and 24 hours before it starts is refunded 50%; one cancelled less than 4 hours before it starts, or missed, is not refunded.
